Returns & Exchanges

At Greyson Clothiers, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print. A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund or exchange is issued.
